Cut-off date for submission of application for hiring and promotion

Applicants for promotion shall submit a duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet
(including certificates of training and seminars attended, awards/ accomplishments,
recognitions, and commendations received, if any, and updated list of relevant
experience which are functionally related to the duties of the position to be filled)
and Proof of CSC Eligibility.

Posting of the FINAL LIST of qualified applicants

Applicants whose names are not in the Final List shall not be allowed to take the
Qualifying Examination.

Posting of Qualifying Examination results

For Hiring, only the Top Thirty Percent (30%) Passers shall be considered and
noticed for the schedule of the Panel Interview. For promotions, all qualified next
in rank are automatically considered eligible for 2nd screening and shall be notified
for the schedule of the Panel Interview.
