Foreign nationals with visas that are not fully implemented or for reasons of lost or damaged passports

What to bring?

1. Checklist with complete documentary requirements

How to apply?

1. Submit all documentary requirements.

2. Get an Order of Payment Slip (OPS).

3. Pay the assessed fees.

4. Once, the request is approved, claim the approved order.

5. Submit the re-stamping order with passport for proper implementation.

6. Claim the passport.
