JAIME H. MORENTE
Police Director JAIME HERMO MORENTE, CEO VI (Retired) brings extensive experience both in public service and military career. A proud son of Midsayap, Cotabato and a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Dimalupig” Class of 1981, Commissioner Morente handled various positions in the Philippine National Police and in the Philippine Constabulary.
During his tenure as a police official and a military officer, he was a recipient of 87 PNP medals, ribbons and badges; 23 AFP (Philippine Constabulary) medals, ribbons and badges; and Letters of Commendations. Attributable to his outstanding performance, he was awarded the Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer of the Year in the Field of Operations in 2004.
Commissioner Morente finished his Masters Degree in Management from the Philippine Christian University and was a graduate of a variety of specialized trainings and educational programs both local and abroad.
Prior to his appointment as Commissioner, he was enjoying his retirement after leaving the police service on 13 June 2015.
MICHAEL B. ROBLES
Atty. Michael B. Robles is a veteran government lawyer with various experiences in the Judiciary and Executive Department.
He was a graduate of B.S. Economics at San Beda College and completed Bachelor of Laws at San Sebastian Institute of Law. He initially worked in a private law firm but later entered government service as Court Attorney IV in the Court of Appeals. Atty. Robles later worked as a Clerk of Court V in the Regional Trial Court where he devoted his service for four years.
For nine (9) years, he worked as a Prosecutor of the Office of the City Prosecutor in Pasig City then later became a Senior Assistant City Prosecutor. For his exceptional performance and dedication, he was consecutively awarded the Certificate of Recognition from 2012 to 2015 and was also recognized for achieving the 2nd highest percentage of resolved cases for 2012.
AL C. ARGOSINO
Atty. Al C. Argosino is a seasoned and topnotch private practitioner lawyer in various fields of law.
An alumnus of the San Beda College of Law Batch 1993, Atty. Argosino is one of the top graduates of his law school batch. He also obtained a degree in B.S. Business Management in San Beda College in 1998 where he had received several recognition awards including the prestigious Gerry Roxas Leadership Award. A consistent dean’s lister and college scholar, he graduated in college with the highest honor of academic distinction award for his excellent achievement as the top management graduate of his batch.
His legal career in the government sector started as the Legal Officer of Senator John O. Osmeña and as the Head Executive Assistant of Senator Orlando S. Mercado where he served for four (4) years. His sixteen (16) years of legal practice resulted to extensive experience in handling litigation court cases, labor, immigration, election, construction arbitration and legal corporate services to various multinational companies and corporations on matters affecting business and legal matters in the Philippines.
